An image processing apparatus and a method thereof, capable of displaying an captured image without time delay, and a computer readable medium thereof are provided to solve instability of fast data interfacing due to high pixelization and display a captured image fast. An original image processing unit processes a captured image in an image sensor correspondingly to an image data format for storage. A display image processing unit processes the captured image correspondingly to a format of a display unit. An image output unit alternatively outputs image data processed by the original image processing unit and image data process by the display image processing unit. An image signal processing module(200) includes an image output unit. A multimedia application processing module(300) displays the image data stored in the display image processing unit on a display unit.
