<p>The unit has a flexible membrane (3) arranged between a cover (4) and a base (5) that is pierced with openings (6). The cover and the membrane are perfectly adjusted with an upper part of the base. The openings are connected together by channels (7) engaged in the base and interlinked along a close or open position of stoppers (8) positioned in the channels. The openings are externally connected with a source circuit such as unit heater circuit, closed on the unit. Each of the stoppers is individually adjustable and controlled in opening and in closing by an automaton.</p> |
