<p>Disclosed are a system (6) and a method for carrying out non-contact testing of a touch panel (100). An air nozzle (5) is arranged above the touch panel (100) with a predetermined distance set between an air jet orifice (51) of the air nozzle (5) and a surface of the touch panel (100). Air is supplied to the air nozzle (5) to cause the air jet orifice (51) to generate an air jet (F) toward the touch panel (100). Under the control of a test device (6), the air nozzle (5) is driven to move along a predetermined testing route on the surface of the touch panel (100) and the touch panel (100) generates touch signals corresponding to the movement of the air nozzle (5) along the route. The test device (6) receives the touch signals and determines if the touch panel (100) satisfies the linearity test.</p> |
