<p>Provided is a touch panel comprising a first substrate having a first resisting film, a second substrate having a second resisting film, a wiring conductor connected electrically with at least one of the first resisting film and the second resisting film, and a spacer disposed in a first confronting region, in which the first resisting film and the second resisting film confront. The spacer is also disposed in a second confronting region, in which at least one of the first resisting film and the second resisting film and the wiring conductor confront. In place of the spacer disposed in the second confronting region, the touch panel may further comprise an insulating film disposed in the second confronting region. This insulating film is made of the same material as that of the spacer.</p> |
