A long rail seat track assembling equipment is provided to lower the unit cost of the long rail seat track and to improve the work efficiency and productivity. A long rail seat track assembling equipment comprises a supporting frame(51), an upper rail transport unit(52) moving the upper rail supplied from outside, an upper rail settling portion(53) supplying grease to the settled upper rail, a jig(55) fixing the bottom rail transferred from fabrication, a guide rail(56) installed on the top of the supporting frame, a binding arm(57) transferring and uniting the upper rail settled in the upper rail settling portion with the bottom rail fixed to the jig.
