A molding method and an apparatus are provided to improve the intensity of the metal panel when forming the metal panel of the thin thickness material to male-female type metal panel roofing tile. As to the molding method of the male-female type metal panel roofing tile, a roll forming process(S10) creating a plurality unevennesses to the longitudinal direction of the metal panel the metal panel the forming roll interval of the roll forming machine is passed through; a first pre-molding process(S20) forming a plurality of brains on the acid site of the metal panel which is roll formed in the first press; a second pre-molding process(S30) forming the slow stepped projection of form on the brain site of the metal panel which is roll formed in the first press; a first expanding process(S40) which is transformed into while formed a plurality of unevennesses stretches out in the first edge molding process and takes shape the extrusion pattern; a second expanding process(S50) molding the stepped projection to the gradually pressing with decision after the second pre-molding process in the brain site of the metal panel which becomes in the second press with the plasticity; and a cutting process for cutting the metal panel which becomes with the scalability type in the necessary length in the cutting apparatus.
