A bioelectrical Impedance analysis apparatus is provided to find out the state of human body by grafting a technique of measuring the circumstance of the human body with that of measuring bioelectrical Impedance. A bioelectrical Impedance analysis apparatus(100) supplies current to a subject body and measures bioelectrical Impedance formed at the human body. The bioelectrical Impedance analysis apparatus comprises the circumference information measure. The circumference measurement unit makes the subject body an image and obtains the circumference information from the image. The circumference information measure unit comprises an illumination unit(130), a pickup unit(140), and a controller(150). The illumination unit irradiates the light to the subject body and the pickup unit takes a picture of the contour line of the subject body formed by the light irradiated from the illumination unit. The controller analyzes body-composition from the measured bioimpedance and produces the bio-information measurement result.
