The invention relates to dairy-canning industry, in particular, to production of dairy products needed for children feeding, pregnant women and nursing mothers.There proposed dry powdered milk product comprising wt%: dry skim milk 14-68, vegetable oils 3-28, saccharose substituents 12-40,vitamins 0.047-0.078, mineral salts 0.53-1.13, taurine, choline, inositol, lecithin and other additives. In optimized ratio between taurine, vitamin A, lecithin and vegetable oils the product is a balanced nutrition for pregnant women, nursing mothers and infants of different ages.Use of the inventive composition provides to produce a universal powdered dairy product with enhanced food and nutrient properties. |
