A brain wave analysis apparatus and method of the same is provided to classify the characteristic of a human body by changing the magnetic pole of magnet and adhering it to the certain area of the human body, and then analyzing the changed brain wave. A brain wave analysis apparatus includes an organic index calculation unit and human body characteristic classifying unit. The organ index calculation unit has a magnet on it and analyzes measured brain wave, and then an organic index. The human body characteristic classifying unit classifies the characteristic of the organ by using a calculated index. A brain wave analysis apparatus and method is comprised of: adhering an element made of magnet, the gold, and copper and an element made of magnet and silver to the human body and analyzing the measured brain wave(11, 12, 13, 14); classifying the characteristic of the human body through a calculated index(15).
