The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to ophthalmology and can be used in an integrated treatment of active tuberculosis choreoretinitis, and other diseases of eye posterior accompanied by pigmented erithelium changes.There proposed a stable form of bis-(γ-L-glutamyl)-L-cystinyl-bis-sodium glycinate with preserved disulfide bond and method for preparing thereof , and also a new method for the treatment of the eye posterior diseases accompanied by the pigmented erithelium disorder, including active tuberculosis choreoretinitis.A method is proposed for preparing of the bis-(γ-L-glutamyl)-L-cystinyl-bis-sodium glycinate stable form.A method for the treatment of eye posterior diseases accompanied by pigmented erithelium changes including active tuberculosis choreoretinitis, characterized in that the bis-(γ-L-glutamyl)-L-cystinyl-bis-sodium glycinate stable form is used in a mono treatment and/or as a part of a basic specific antibacterial and antituberculosis chemotherapy as parabulbaric and/or hypodermic, and/or intramuscular injections daily to achieve therapeutic effect, but at least 14 days.
