A magic cutter is provided to improve safety of an operator and the lifetime of the weeding instrument by progressing weeding even in the collision with the obstacles while weeding. A magic cutter comprises: a cutter blade(1) which is coupled with a weeder; a rotational plate(10), a clutch, and a rotational plate; and a main plate(20) of first and second frames receiving a clutch. The rotational plate of the cutter blade is moved rearward or rotates reversely by being checked out from the clutch in collision with obstacle while weeding. The rotational plate avoiding the obstacles is checked in from the clutch and rotates in the determined rotational direction. |
