FIELD: physics; radio. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to wireless communication and can be used for demodulating amplitude-manipulated signals, as well as amplitude modulated (AM) signals. In the method and device of demodulating AM signals, a two-terminal non-linear element is connected between a source of radio-frequency AM signals and a four-terminal network or between a four-terminal network and a high frequency load in a longitudinal or transverse circuit. The four-terminal network is made from a number of resistive two-terminal networks, not less than two, the parameter values of which are chosen under the condition of meeting the required value of amplitude modulation depth of the AM signal. ^ EFFECT: increased noise immunity with given amplitude modulation depth. ^ 11 cl, 9 dwg |
