FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to conveyer building, namely to devices for conveyer belt holding in conveyer loading zone, and may be used for transport of lump weight by belt conveyer. Device contains segment of auxiliary belt installed with clearance under belt, and this segment is fixed with its ends on supports that are installed on conveyer passages. Auxiliary belt has channeled profile in cross section that is similar to transverse profile of weight-carrying branch of belt, and its upper edges are fixed in longitudinal cross beams, length of which is accepted as larger than length of auxiliary belt segment. Supports of auxiliary belt on its every side are arranged in the form of two flat springs parallel to each other and made of spring steel, which are fixed with their one end on the beam, and with the other - on conveyer pass with angle of springs' inclination to the side that is opposite to direction of belt movement. Upper end of every spring is fixed on boss, in opening of which screw is freely located, threaded part of which is installed with the possibility of interaction with cheek provided with angular thread and fixed on beam. On internal side of boss screw is fixed against longitudinal displacement with adjusting ring. ^ EFFECT: improvement of device damping properties, expansion of its application scope, provision of possibility to optimise device parameters due to their regulation in the process of adjustment and operation of conveyer. ^ 3 dwg |
