METHOD OF SPECIFICATION OF REASONS OF MYOCARDIUM HYPERTROPHY IN DIVERS AND AQUANAUTS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: echocardiographic research is carried out immediately before the termination of professional activity and in 6 months. The dynamics of the mass index of left ventricle myocardium (DeltaM), thickness of interventricular septum in the diastole (DeltaS), thickness of the back wall of the left ventricle in the diastole (DeltaP) are determined using ratios of the given echocardiographic parameters imediately before the termination of professional activity and in 6 months after the first measurement. The dynamics of the myocardium hypertrophy is defined and at value of DeltaM<=1 and/or DeltaS<=1 and/or DeltaP<=1 the presence of somatic pathology is assumed. ^ EFFECT: possibility to reveal cardiovascular system diseases during nearest period after termination of professional activity in divers and aquanauts. ^ 1 ex
