FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and can be applied for anxiogenic activity evaluation of potential medicinal preparations. To conduct it control group of 18 animals is tested after solvent injection; 6 animals being placed to open labyrinth sleeve, 6 to closed sleeve, and 6 to central area. Then number of animals in anxious and phobic state is determined. Index Ps.d. is calculated, showing probability of anxious and phobic state development after solvent injection and test procedures. Thereupon experimental group of 18 animals is tested in the same way after studied preparation injection. Then number of animals in anxious and phobic state is determined. Index Paps is calculated, showing probability of anxious and phobic state development after solvent injection and test procedures. Eventually index P is calculated by formula , characteristic for anxiogenic side effect probability of potential medicinal preparation. ^ EFFECT: anxiogenic effect evaluation of potential medicinal preparation, influence of testing procedure and manipulations being eliminated. ^ 2 tbl |
