A contrast ratio control unit and an image projection device having the same are provided to improve the reliability of the zooming operation. A contrast ratio control unit comprises a frame(132), a light amount controlling unit, a driving unit, and a power source guide unit. Image light passing hole(133) is formed on the frame. A plurality of light amount controlling plate is installed on the frame to control the size of the light penetration plate by controlling the image light passing hole. The driving unit drives the plurality of the light amount control plate. The power source guide is formed on a region where busing does not exist.
