A white organic light emitting device is provided to reduce color change according to time by preventing characteristic deterioration of a hole blocking layer by a color stabilization layer. A white organic light emitting device using color stabilization layer comprises an anode (A), a hole transport layer(HTL), an emission layer(B, G, R), an electron transport layer(ETL), and a cathode(C). At least one or more color stabilization layer(CSL) is positioned between the emission layer and the electron transport layer. A hole blocking layer(HBL) is positioned between the emission layer and the electron transport layer. The color stabilization layer is Alq3[Tris-(8-hydroxy-quinolinato)-aluminium].
