The cabinet (10) has a shell with a front opening defined by side walls (12a, 12b), an upper wall (12c) and a front wall (12e). A plate (18) is arranged inside the shell and provided to receive a circuit breaker (16). A removable cable cover (30) comprises a wall (34) plated on a front face of a lower part of the plate and positioned under a lower part of the breaker. The cover has another wall (32) extending from the wall (34) such that a lower side of the wall (32) is supported against an upper edge of the front wall.
