The composition is stable for at least one month at room temperature (25[deg] C). The composition protects the micro-organism development. The composition has good adhesion property to the skin. The composition: is easy to apply; provides comfortable make-up to the user; and does not dry the skin. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition comprises: at least one oil phase comprising at least an oil comprising volatile oil and/or non-volatile oil; mixture of isododecane, alcohol diester having 12-13C and isodecyl neopentanoate; silicone oil (5 wt.%, preferably 2 wt.%) or free of silicone oil; and pigments. Preferred Components: The hydroxy compound is ethyl alcohol, octane-1,2-diol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, glycerol, glycerol 2-ethyl hexyl ether and/or mono- and/or di- glyceride of caprylic and capric acid. The hydrocarbon surfactant is copolymer of polyethylene glycol, 12-hydroxy stearic acid (both preferred), fatty ester of polyol, preferably glycerol, sorbitol, or polyethylene glycol, preferably isostearic, oleic and ricinoleic ester of polyol, sorbitan isostearate, polyglyceryl di-isostearate, polyglyceryl-2 sesquiisostearate, esters and ether, fatty ester comprising lanolate of magnesium and/or mixture of stearate of ethylene glycol acetyl and tristearate of glyceryl. The hydrocarbon surfactant is present at 0.1-15 wt.%, preferably 2-5 wt.% of the composition. The water is present at 10-60 wt.%, preferably 20-50 wt.% of the composition. The oil phase comprises at least a volatile oil and at least non-volatile oil. The volatile oil is hydrocarbon oil, preferably isododecane. The volatile oil is present at 5-30 wt.%, preferably 10-20 wt.% of the composition. The non-volatile oil is hydrocarbon oil. The non-volatile oil is synthetic ester comprising an oil of formula (R 1COOR 2). The non-volatile oil is alcohol diester having 12-13 carbon, and malic acid, triglyceride of caprylic and capric acid and/or isodecyl neopentanoate. The non-volatile oil is present at 0.5-30 wt.%, preferably 1-20 wt.% of the composition. The oil phase is present at 10-50 wt.%, preferably 15-35 wt.% of the composition. The hydroxy compound is ethyl alcohol, octane-1,2-diol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol (preferred), butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, glycerol and/or 2-ethyl hexyl ether of glycerol in aqueous phase and/or at least an ester comprising mono- and/or di- glyceride of caprylic and capric acid (preferred) in oil phase. The hydroxy compound is present at 3-30 wt.%, preferably 5-26 wt.% of the composition. The pigment is present at greater than 1-30 wt.%, preferably 5-20 wt.% of the composition. R 11-40C fatty acid; and R 21-40C hydrocarbon chain, preferably branched (when R 1and R 2is >= 10). #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition further comprises at least a copolymer of polyethylene glycol (30 OE) and 12-hydroxy stearic acid. Preferred Components: The charge is acrylic polymer particles. The acrylic polymer particle is polymethylmethacrylate particles, methyl methacrylate/butyl acrylate copolymer particles, methyl acrylate/ethylene copolymer particles, cross linked methyl methacrylate/ethylene dimethacrylate copolymer particle, methyl polymethacrylate/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate particles, cross linked methyl methacrylate/ethylene di methacrylate copolymer particles, allyl polymethacrylate/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate particle or lauryl methacrylate/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate copolymer particle. The charge is present at 0.5-20 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.% of the composition. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical composition comprised (in wt.%): polyethylene glycol copolymer and 12-hydroxy stearic acid (5); branched 12-13C dialcohol malate (8); isodecyl neopentanoate (3); caprylic and capric acid glyceride (1); modified hectorite (0.8); propylene carbonate (0.5); amino acid coated pigments (10); isododecane (15); hollow microspheres of poly(methyl methacrylate) (5); sodium chloride (0.7); glycerol (2.5); butylene glycol (3.5); ethyl alcohol (10); propylene glycol (1); glycerol 2-ethyl hexyl ether (1); octane-1,2-diol (1); and water (32).
