A multi-point type friction damper and an earthquake-proof reinforcement device using the same are provided to prevent the deformation of a member of a structure by absorbing earthquake energy effectively with the frictional heat of a friction damper, to have an aesthetic effect and to relieve emotional anxiety by having a friction damper having excellent outward appearance, and to attach simply to the inside and the outside of the existing structure. A multi-point type friction damper comprises a first pressure plate(110) provided with a bolt hole(11) at one end, a pair of second pressure plates(120) coupled to the front and rear parts at one end of the first pressure plate to face each other and provided with a bolt hole correspondingly to the bolt hole of the first pressure plate, and a pair of first friction pads(130) inserted between the front and rear sides of the first pressure plate and the second pressure plate and compressed.
