An assembly structure for a diary and an office file is provided to selectively couple coupling portions of the spring to locking portions formed on a fixed plate correspondingly to the size of a spring that varies according to thickness of inner papers. In a diary in which inner papers(30) are fixed to the right center in an outer cover(20) using a spring(70), an assembly structure for a diary and an office file comprises: a fixed plate(100) fixed to the right center of an inner part of the outer cover; and locking portions(200) which are projected from a top face of the fixed plate while maintaining predetermined longitudinal length and gap therebetween, and which have protrusions formed in multistage on both sides thereof such that coupling portions of the spring are selectively coupled to the protrusions of the locking portions.
