A paper cutting apparatus is provided to align paper to be cut with ease and remove the process of manually putting a cutter on the top of the paper by horizontally transferring the paper toward the cutter before cutting. A paper cutting apparatus comprises a cutter(120) in which a cutter blade(131) is mounted on a frame(110) upward, a loading and lifting unit(130) part in which paper to be cut is loaded, an alignment unit(140) in which a worker arranges the paper loaded on the loading and lifting unit, a pressing unit(150) which presses the cutter to cut the arranged paper in a predetermined form, a waste paper ejecting unit(180) for automatically ejecting the waste paper after cutting, and a controller(190) which controls in order to cut the paper in the predetermined form. |
