A tilting steering system of vehicle is provided that the pop-up of steering wheel is prevented and the smooth collapse is made. A tilting steering system of vehicle comprises an outer tube in which the steering column connected to the steering wheel is equipped in inside, a mounting bracket fixing the outer tube on the car body, a support bracket in which the tilt operation ball is formed in both sides of mounting bracket while being curve-cut, an adjusting bolt passing through the tilt operation ball of the support bracket, a tilt lever(240) connected with the adjusting bolt, a bounce member(260), an elastic body(270), a separation preventive material(280), a pop-up preventive mean(250) consisting of a sliding member(290).
