A backlight assembly of a display device is provided to prevent an FPCB from being twisted or torn by having a driving circuit board which is soft by the thermal expansion of a receiving mean. A display device comprises a light source(120), a backlight assembly(100), a driving substrate(230), a display assembly(200), and a driving circuit board. The backlight assembly includes a receiving mean for containing the light source. The driving circuit board is placed at an outer surface of the receiving mean. The display assembly contains an FPCB which connects the driving circuit board to the display panel electrically. A circuit board connecting member connects the driving circuit board to the outer surface of the receiving mean.
