A medical antibiotic wound protection pad is provided to maintain antibiotic and sterilization function for a long-term, and to prevent the secondary infection. A medical antibiotic wound protection pad comprises: a silver cloth member(10) made of silver threads; a nano-fiber member(20) which is made of nano-fiber and is laminated on the top of the silver cloth member; and a cover layer(30) member, which is laminated on the top of the nano-fiber member and covers the outer side of the nano-fiber member. The nano-fiber member is manufactured by using the spinning dope including the biocompatible polymer or the hygroscopic polymer.
