A herbicide composition containing clethodim is provided to obtain a stable elmulsion in diluting with not only common water but also hard water. A herbicide composition contains clethodim, a sulfonate surfactant, a polyoxyalkylene alkanolamide surfactant and aromatic hydrocarbon. The herbicide composition contains 5-40 weight% of clethodim, 0.1-10 weight% of sulfonate surfactant, 0.1-30 weight% of polyoxyalkylene alkanolamide surfactant and 10-89.8 weight% of aromatic hydrocarbon.
