A system for providing a service to a user in a telecommunications network (202), where a telecommunication terminal (204, 302) is associated with a subscriber number of said user, the telecommunication terminal (204, 302) comprising transmission means (206) for transmitting a first request for a service, which system com¬ prises a management device (208, 306) which comprises re¬ ception means (210) for receiving the first request from the telecommunication terminal (204, 302), and transmission means (212) for transmitting a second request for said service to a service provider (214, 308) of the requested service, and in the system comprises registration means (232) for registering the provision of the service in a user account associated with the user.
