FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction of pipe transport and can be employed for ballasting of pipe lines in oil and gas industry. Capacities of ballasting device are connected with upper and lower load carrying belts and equipped with securing loops wherein elements of rigid expansion frame are inserted. To increase stability of the structure and elimination of contact of rigid expansion frames with pipe line insulation there is, owing to cutting out, spare cloth in form of pockets in space adjacent to a pipeline; by bulging these pockets create buffer zones when the structure is filled with soil. To connect lateral and longitudinal rods of the expansion frames there are bushings on ends of lateral rods; axes of the bushings are perpendicular to axes of the lateral rods; longitudinal rods are inserted into bushings and can travel in them; twin shaped apertures with tongues are made on side surface at ends of longitudinal rods; the tongues of apertures are bent outward after frame having been assembled and prevent lateral rods set off along longitudinal rods. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of pipeline. ^ 6 dwg
