<p>The invention refers to filtering of rigid elements. Filters for oil and petrol containing drain treatment on the basis of granular materials of a various origin are known, but their application does not satisfy in treatment quality and operational conditions. Elements from polymer materials (sheet, volumetric cloth, foamed ones) are used last years. In treatment constructions of oil and petrol containing drains it is offered to use elements from filtering composite materials based on a fractioned granular material and a thermoplastic binder that possess oil-receptive and sorption properties, but an open porous material structure, which basically is provided by granular filler, gives coalescence properties to a material. Polymer particles, contacting (in a mixer) with the surface of the material grains that are heated up to their fusion temperature, get warmed, fuse and adhere to the grain surface. Spreading and polymer film forming on each grain of the material during mixing of the components takes place. Then the mass is taken out of the mixer and a filtering element is formed at pressure up to 1.0 MP?, and it hardens at its cooling, that defines readiness of the product for application.</p> |
