An electromagnetic wave measuring apparatus for a printed circuit board is provided to reduce electromagnetic wave noise due to external commercial power and an adapter by including an output terminal for outputting DC power to be applied to the printed circuit board. An electromagnetic wave measuring apparatus for a printed circuit board(80) includes a loading plate(60), a probe(54), a z motion unit(30), an xy motion unit(10), a detection sensor, a DC output terminal, a position control unit, and an amplifier. The loading plate supports the printed circuit board of which an electromagnetic wave is a subject to be measured. The probe senses the electromagnetic wave. The z motion unit moves the probe in a z-direction. The xy motion unit moves the probe in an xy-direction. The detection sensor detects a z axial position in contact with a component mounted on the printed circuit board with the probe to measure the electromagnetic wave generated in the component. The DC output terminal supplies power to the printed circuit board. The position control unit generates a control signal to the z motion unit and the xy motion unit. The amplifier amplifies an electromagnetic wave signal detected by the probe.
