The system has a bottom-surface (28) e.g. rigid plate, arranged at a lintel (22) e.g. concrete plate, independent to a joinery work or a frame (6) of a window by a fixation rail (30). The rail extends along a longitudinal direction and presents U-shaped section whose vertical walls are inclined with each other in a manner to maintain the rail by clamping on a lower part of the lintel. The joinery work is matched with a masonry (4), and a rolling shutter is associated with the joinery work and placed in a case, where the case is constituted by the lintel of the masonry and the bottom-surface.
