A printing method comprising an ink coating step for coating a blanket (12) with an ink to form an ink coated surface (1), an image formation step for pressing a relief printing plate (14) against the ink coated surface (1) and removing the ink (2) at a part in contact with the relief printing plate (14) from the blanket (12), and a transfer step for transferring the ink (3) remaining on the blanket (12) to a printing object body (4), wherein the ink coated surface (1) is formed in a part of the blanket (12) corresponding to an image pattern to be formed on the printing object body (4) and its peripheral region. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
