<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment tool with which deflection of a flexible tube when in use is prevented so that a sufficient incision/excision is achieved relative to the distance of the movement of the treatment tool. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency knife 1 includes a flexible sheath 2, an operating member 11 inserted to the sheath 2 so as to freely advance and retract, an electrode knife section 15 disposed at the distal end of the operating member 11 that protrudes and retracts from the sheath 2, and an operator section 3 connected to the proximal end of the operating member 11 including an operating slider 9 which makes the operating member 11 advance/retract and compresses it.
