摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state detection apparatus capable of accurately detecting the sate between a laser machining nozzle and a work such as the length of the gap and plasma. <P>SOLUTION: The state detection apparatus 1 is constituted of a signal generating circuit 10 for supplying reference signals between a measuring electrode provided for the laser machining nozzle and the work W; a buffer circuit 20 and an A/D converter 21 for measuring electric signals which change according to the state between the measuring electrode and the work W; a temperature detection circuit 30 for detecting environmental temperature; and an arithmetic circuit 40 for computing states to be detected such as the length of the gap and plasma on the basis of measurement data of the electric signals and the detected environmental temperature and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
