发明名称 METHOD OF CRYOGENICALLY DETOXIFYING COMPOSITE MATERIAL CONTAINING FIBROUS ASBESTOS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detoxify a composite material containing asbestos fibers by heating the material at a low temperature after applying to a sprayed fibrous asbestos fire-resistant covering layer of a steel frame and fixing the fibrous asbestos. SOLUTION: A second coating composition containing a prescribed quantity of each of a mixed shell powder made by sintering a shell powder and a binder component is applied after a first silane-based coating liquid composition containing a prescribed quantity of each of a compound as shown by the formula (1) and a catalyst is applied to the composite material containing the asbestos fiber and hardening and solidifying. After that the fibrous asbestos is decomposed into grains or a powder by being heated at a temperature of 600°C to 800°C in the presence of a calcium chloride (In the formula, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl groups whose hydrogen number or carbon number is 1 to 4 and n is 2 to 10.).
