A protecting device of a charging unit is provided to form a protective section doubly by installing an insulating material in an upper part and a lower part of a protective cover to be separated. An insulating material(300) is adhered to an outer circumference of a charging unit of an electric power facility. A first protective cover(100) of a tube shape is positioned in an upper part of the insulating material and surrounds the outer side of the insulating material. An eleventh waterproof material(110) is inserted between the upper inner side of a first protective cover and the insulating material. A twelfth waterproof material(120) is inserted between the inner side of the first protective cover and the insulating material and is positioned between the bottom part of the eleventh waterproof material and the bottom part of the first protective cover. |
