An electronic blackboard using a transparent background is provided to use the existing teaching methods without regard to any kind of programs, thereby replacing any kind of program. An electronic blackboard using a transparent background is a computer program for enabling a user to write letters or draw a picture on the transparent background. Because the background of the computer program is transparent, programs which are executed in advance are shown below. The computer program is a program for supporting a teaching method such as a presentation method using a computer, and outputs a transparent layer on an existing computer screen so that the user can write letters or draw a picture.
