A radiation image conversion panel, a scintillator panel and a radiation image sensor is provided to prevent the corrosion of the aluminum substrate. A radiation image conversion panel(10) comprises an aluminum substrate(12), an alumite layer(14), a metal layer(18), a protective film(22) and a transform unit. The alumite layer is formed in the surface of the aluminum substrate. The metal layer is prepared on the alumite layer. The metal layer has radio transparent and light reflectivity. The protective film coats the metal layer. The protective film has the radio transparent and optical permeability. The transform unit is prepared on the protective film. The transform unit converts radiation image.
