<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure proper supply of power to an electric load by proper redundancy of a power source circuit even at the time of battery failure of a lead storage battery or the like, or at the time of a ground fault of a wire harness for connection of the battery to an electric load or a boosting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A first electromagnetic relay 51 is provided to open/close a main power source circuit, and an auxiliary battery 41 is connected by an auxiliary feed line 42 to a main power source circuit on the side of the electric load by means of the first electromagnetic relay 51 to be continuous. In a case where failure of a main battery 1 or a ground fault of the main power source circuit is detected, the first electromagnetic relay 51 is opened.
