<p>Systems and methods are provided for automatically detecting a call flow path of a voice application and/or for obtaining statistics during actual use of a voice application. In one exemplary embodiment, an exploration engine facilitates automated identifying of a plurality of dialog states of the voice application through execution of the voice application and identifies at least one relationship between the plurality of dialog states, e.g., creates a map of the call flow. In another exemplary embodiment, an interception engine injects a marker(s) into a document from an IVR application server, passes the document on to an IVR browser, receives a response document from the IVR browser, remove the marker results, and passes the document on to the IVR application server. The marker results are used to create statistical information useful in the analysis of the operation of the voice application in the IVR system.</p> |
