<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, a storefront terminal therewith and a data processing program, allowing output of a desired area to a prescribed paper size even if data are Web page data including image data. <P>SOLUTION: This data processor 1 has an extraction part 25, an arrangement determination part 26, and a conversion part 27. The extraction part 25 extracts the image data and a character included in Web log data WD. The arrangement determination part 26 reconstructs arrangement relation between a character area and an image area based on the number of pieces of the image data and the characters.
