PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user's intention to a call originating source when the user wants to advise the situation where the user can not respond to a telephone call, or when the user wants to advise or perform something before responding to a telephone call. SOLUTION: When a call originating request is received from a terminal device 3, and a telephone number of a request transmitting destination is stored in a database DB, a server device 1 implements a prescribed function corresponding to the telephone number (e.g., a message notification function or facsimile transmission function) to the terminal device of the relevant call originating source.
