PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield film and an optical filter which have both a high electromagnetic shieldability and a high light transparency, and minimize image degradation due to moire and the like. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shield film 10 has conduction parts 12 and openings 14, and the opening 14 has a moire suppressing part 16 formed therein. The forming position of the moire suppressing part 16 may be on the central part of the opening 14, or on a line connecting crossing parts of the conduction parts 12 having a mesh shape and mutually facing among the openings 14. The planar shape of the moire suppressing part 16 may be circular or polygonal (tetragonal, pentagonal, hexagonal, octagonal or the like). It may be a shape having at least one curved shape 22. With the area of the crossing part of the conduction parts 12 denoted as Sa and the area of the moire suppressing part 16 denoted as Sb, 0.1Sa≤Sb≤5.0Sa is preferably satisfied.
