A pot bearing having a function of safety-testing a bridge slab is provided to confirm whether a bridge is deformed without having an additional superintendent and reduce maintenance expenses. A pot bearing includes a top plate(30) fixed to the bottom of a steel box located under a bridge slab according to anchor bolts(31,31a), a bottom plate(30a) fixed to a bridge structure with anchors, and an elastic member located between the top plate and the bottom plate to absorb shock. Hemispherical grooves which form a sphere are formed at the bottom of a top elastic body(20) and the top of a bottom elastic body(20a). Top and bottom sliding conductors(12) are formed on the top and bottom of an insulating layer(13).
