<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell suppressing the deterioration of a membrane-electrode assembly caused by a substance eluted from a gas leak suppressing member. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell has: the membrane-electrode assembly; a pair of frames arranged through the membrane-electrode assembly; a pair of separators arranged at both outsides of the frame; and the gas leak suppressing member suppressing gas leak between the adjoined members, and the gas leak suppressing member is formed of a material the same as a material used for the membrane-electrode assembly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
