PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing stitched ornaments by which the variation in the shape of the false stitched parts is small and the products are easily made and the stitched ornaments manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: In the base skin attachment process P1, a skin sheet 4 is divided into a sewn skin portion 10 including a sewn part 5 where the skin sheets 4 are sewn together and a plain skin portion 11 not including the sewn part 5 and is bonded to the model 3. In the stitching process P6, the pseudo-stitching 12 is applied to the boundary part 13 corresponding to the boundary between the sewn skin portion 10 and the plain skin portion 11.
