PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent swarf from being generated by a drill when an insertion hole for inserting a reinforcing pipe into a gap in a deck board for an automobile formed by blow molding is made. SOLUTION: A column body with an annular blade body freely slidably provided in a split mold is positioned at a specified position at a stage before blowing. A parison is clamped by the split mold, and then, after the parison is shaped by blowing, the column body is projected into a space of a mold cavity, and after the parison part positioned inside of the annular blade body is separated by the annular blade body provided on the peripheral edge on the side end face of the space of the mold cavity of the column body, the column body is recessed and the mold is released.
