A toilet bowl having a water saving function is provided to reduce the quantity of water used for washing by removing an S-trap and making excrements discharged by gravity, to make composition and operation easy and to make maintenance easy. A toilet bowl having a water saving function comprises a toilet bowl body(10), a water tank(20) installed to the rear of the towel bowl body, a discharge valve(50) formed between a waterway(15) formed on the lower rear end of a water storage space of the toilet bowl and a discharge outlet(54) connected to the rear of the waterway, a discharge valve rotation area(18) formed on the rear of the waterway to provide an area for a discharge valve to rotate, and a hinge shaft(58) fixing the discharge valve to the rear side of the discharge valve rotation area to be rotatable. |
