PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which adds images so that a specified image including restriction information and a specified image including tracking information are different from each other. SOLUTION: The image processor includes an image read unit 210, an image formation unit 220, an image storage unit, an operation unit, and a control unit 300 in a cabinet. The control unit 300 has a first specified image addition unit 311, a second specified image addition unit 308, a decision unit 312, an alteration unit 313, and a CPU 301. The decision unit 312 compares a first specified image and a second specified image which are generated with each other. When it is judged that a portion of the second specified image is the first specified image, the alteration unit 313 alters the second specified image.
