PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity at the third row seat of a vehicle where seats are arranged in the three rows forwards/backwards. SOLUTION: An air conditioner for the vehicle is mounted on the vehicle such as a mini-van where the first to third row seats 1, 2, 3 are arranged in the three rows forwards/backwards. A branched duct 21b is branched from a rear bent duct 21a continued to an air conditioning unit 20, and a first blowout port 15 communicating to these respective ones and a second blowout port 16 positioning at the upper side are provided at the rear end part 12a of a center console 12. While the air-conditioned air produced in the air conditioning unit 20 is blown out from the first blowout port 15 toward the second row seat 2, the air conditioned air is blown out from the second blowout port 16 toward the three row seat 3 passing through the upper side of the second row seat 2.
